East Coast Legal Ops 2025 is a two-day conference featuring a thoughtful mix of topical sessions, peer-led discussions, and dedicated time for connection—all in a welcoming venue designed for learning and community-building.

Session topics include:

• Operational challenges and solutions in law firm management

• Strategies for leading a profitable firm

• Talent recruitment, retention, and engagement

• The evolving role of AI, automation, and cybersecurity in legal operations

• Marketing, business development, and client growth through an operational lens

• Understanding and measuring profitability

• Trends in group benefits and employee wellness

• The Participant Information Exchange© (PIE), a facilitated peer exchange held under the Chatham House Rule

High-Level Schedule:

Day One (Wednesday, November 19):

• Registration opens at 9:30 a.m., with sessions beginning at 10:00 a.m.

• The day concludes with a cocktail reception (cash bar) at 5:30 p.m., followed by a group dinner at 6:00 p.m.—both held on-site.

Day Two (Thursday, November 20):

• An optional yoga session begins at 7:00 a.m., followed by breakfast at 8:00 a.m. Sessions start at 8:30 a.m.

• Conference will conclude by 4:30 p.m.

All meals and breaks are included in your registration fee and take place on-site.
